Information you give us
- When you book or enquire. Your name, phone number, preferred branch and the service you are interested in. If you use the booking form on this website, these details are not saved on the website. The form simply opens WhatsApp on your phone with the message ready, and you choose whether to send it to us.
- When you call, WhatsApp or email us. Whatever you share in that conversation.
- When you visit a branch. Your contact details, health history, current medicines, reports and treatment notes, which our doctors need to advise and treat you safely.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools from Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) and Jetpack to understand how many people visit, which pages they read and which buttons they use, such as the Call and WhatsApp buttons. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Treatment records are kept for as long as is needed for your care and as required by law.
