About Amay India
Amay India is the short name of the Atharva Multispeciality Ayurvedic and Healing Centre, an Ayurveda and wellness centre in Mysuru with two branches: one on New Kantharaj Urs Road in TK Layout, and one in Vidyaranyapuram.
We started with a simple idea. Classical Ayurveda works best when it is done properly, explained honestly and delivered in a setting that respects a modern person’s time. So every plan at Amay begins with an Ayurvedic doctor, every therapy is carried out by trained therapists, and every guest is told what to expect before anything begins.
How a visit to Amay works
- Consultation. Our doctor asks about your health, routine, diet and sleep, looks at any reports and notes the medicines you take.
- A clear plan. You hear which therapies may suit you, how many sessions are usual and what each one involves, before you agree to anything.
- Therapy. Trained therapists carry out the plan with prepared herbal oils, powders and decoctions, and check your comfort through each session.
- Follow-up. We share simple diet and routine advice and review how you are doing at your next visit.
More than treatment
Alongside consultations and Panchakarma, we offer gentle Ayurvedic care for children through Amay Kids Spa, herbal beauty and skin treatments, and rejuvenation therapies for anyone who simply needs a few hours of rest.
Ayurveda at Amay works alongside the care you already receive. We will never ask you to stop a medicine your doctor has prescribed.
